As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all dining and cooking utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment meet our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, rinse, and organize dishes, glassware, and utensils, preparing them for the dishwashing process.
  • Transport clean items to designated storage areas, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Regularly change the dishwater in the machine to maintain optimal cleaning conditions.
  • Manually wash pots, pans, and trays as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with our sustainability practices.
  • Set up and dismantle the dishwashing area efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of mats and floors, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Fill and empty soak tubs with appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Conduct sweeping and mopping of floors to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Perform exterior cleaning around the restaurant premises.
  • Address spills promptly to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
  • Report any issues with the dishwashing machine to management immediately.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Capability to navigate stairs safely.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods.
  • Experience working in a kitchen setting is preferred.
