Key Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Check and maintain the dish machine's chemical levels and drain dirty water to prevent any issues.
  • Store cleaned items in their designated areas, ensuring a clutter-free workspace.
  • Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed, including completing daily closing tasks, fetching items from storage, and assisting with food preparation.
  • Unpack and store deliveries of food and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school degree preferred.
  • Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry weights up to 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
