Behavioral Health Counselor: BA-CBHI

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Counselor: BA-CBHI to join our team at the Seven Hills Foundation. As a key member of our CBHI home-based services team, you will provide therapeutic interventions to youth and/or adults, working collaboratively with an In-Home Therapist to support and assist with the implementation of the clinician's treatment plan.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to clients, adhering to best-practice standards and agency guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, establishing effective collaborative relationships with providers.
- Document all services in the required data entry system, responding to Quality Management and Utilization Review protocols and alerts.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care, risk issues, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in supervision, group supervision, program team meetings, trainings, and other staff meetings as determined.
- Engage in ongoing learning and development of skills and professional growth through trainings, supervision, and ongoing delivery of services.
- Developing and/or demonstrated proficiency in individual/youth and family case work and/or wrap-around care.
- Knowledge of mental health, educational, developmental care, child welfare, and/or juvenile justice systems preferable.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable personal transportation to fulfill essential job functions.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, collaboration, ethics, appropriate boundaries, and good judgment.
