Compensation:
Starting at $35.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $38.00 based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time positions available for evening and day shifts (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm and 7:00 am - 3:30 pm).

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily clinical operations of healthcare staff, including LPNs and CNAs, ensuring a safe environment for all residents.
- Analyze patient data and make informed decisions regarding care.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
- No history of resident abuse or property misappropriation.

- Strong supervisory skills and respect for all healthcare personnel, residents, and their families.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining resident privacy and rights, demonstrating empathy and concern for the elderly.
- Physical capability to perform frequent activities and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
