Job Summary

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial and SEC reporting, as well as providing technical accounting guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including the Statement of Cash Flows, and footnote disclosures for internal and external users.
  • SEC Reporting: Lead the preparation and review of SEC financial reporting, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Technical Accounting: Provide technical accounting guidance and support on complex transactions, and monitor and lead the implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and FP&A, to provide guidance and support on financial and accounting matters.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, SEC reporting, and technical accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a top-tier public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications: CPA certification required.
