The Position:


The Intake Specialist plays a vital role within our organization, functioning as a key member of the Information and Referral (I&R) team.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect clients with suitable community service providers and organizations that promote independent living.

Additionally, you will offer case management support for both behavioral health and family clients, including adults and youth.

Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related discipline
  • Experience in social work or case management is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance
