Resource Center Intake Specialist/Case Manager

The Role:
The Resource Center Intake Specialist provides critical support to our agency and serves as part of our Information and Referral (I&R) team. You will be linking clients with appropriate community service providers, and organizations that empower individuals to live independently within their community. You will also be providing case management support for behavioral health, adult and youth and family clients.
About You:
You're someone who is always making connections and helping others wherever you go. When someone asks you for directions, you not only tell them the way, but you also help enter their desired location into a GPS, draw a detailed map on a napkin, then send them on their way with encouragement and a smile. You understand that every situation and challenge is unique, and you can pivot on a dime to connect people to the things they need. You are always seeking to learn new things, find different solutions, and connect people with one another because it feels great and it's what you do best.
Responsibilities:
- Link clients with appropriate community service providers and organizations
- Provide case management support for behavioral health, adult and youth and family clients
- Utilize technology to perform job requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- Social work or case management experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
