About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes, meeting production schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and coordinate production operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials required for production.
  • Collaborate with production management to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing programs to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Train and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Prepare and present production reports to management to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
  • Experience in people management and training.
  • Vocational degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
