About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled High-Performance Machine Engineer to join our team as a Senior Performance Engineer. As a key member of our Medium Wheel Loader (MWL) Product Group, you will be responsible for developing and integrating machine performance solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in control system development, medium wheel loader or similar machines, and powertrain development or integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and deploy integrated solutions that create differentiation and deliver superior performance for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop control strategies and algorithms that optimize machine performance while integrating new technologies into the product line.
  • Evaluate strategic future concepts using virtual product development tools and improve machine performance with existing drivetrain solutions.
  • Support commercial teams with information for product literature and specifications, value selling tools related to productivity and efficiency, and answers to specific technical questions.
  • Support customers and machine factories through end of line testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of dealer support network inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and progressive experience in an engineering position.
  • Analytical thinking ability to identify critical gaps, next actions, and act to resolve issues with minimal oversight.
  • Effective communication skills to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability to identify problems, determine root causes, and develop solutions.
