Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an amazing shopping experience for customers, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPT and ADT.
  • Ensure assigned sales floor zones are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
  • Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
  • Support the maintenance of the stock room and store tidiness.
  • Train and coach new Sales Associates to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
  • Age 18 or older.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and use ladders and step stools.
