The Marketing Sales Representative for Long-Term Care and Physician Practices will be responsible for growing profitable revenue and building market share within designated territories.

Key responsibilities include selling, maintaining, and documenting all activities for assigned accounts, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to capture new business.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hospice care or related sales experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the hospice industry and the unique needs of patients and families.

Responsibilities also include coordinating community relations, marketing, and business development activities in assigned accounts to generate positive name recognition and consumer relations.

Provides accurate information about Penn Medicine at Home services regarding criteria for admission, available services, reimbursement criteria, and coverage under Medicare and Medicaid.

Acts as a resource to clinical staff and referral sources on home care services including hospice and end of life care.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, preferably in Marketing or Healthcare, and 3+ years of documented, successful sales to physicians, discharge planners, etc., or related experience in healthcare.
