About the Opportunity:

Tandym Group is seeking an experienced licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their staff as their new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) overseeing home care operations. This is a full-time position with standard business hours, working in a corporate office setting.

Responsibilities:
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be responsible for leading the delivery of interdisciplinary home- and community-based services, overseeing day-to-day operations and financial viability of the Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). Additionally, the CNO will lead nursing-related functions across Community Care and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Health Care/Services Administration, Administrative Medicine, or Public Health. The ideal candidate will have a NYS Registered nurse (RN) license, experience leading in a Home Healthcare system environment, and proven leadership skills. Solid problem-solving skills, great interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are also essential.
