Job Description: Computer Systems Administrator Lead

We are seeking an experienced Computer Systems Administrator Lead to join our team at TexcelVision Inc. This role will be responsible for leading a team of system administrators and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, network security, and technical support, as well as leadership and management experience. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of system administrators, managing and maintaining our Windows and Linux servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets, and implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to protect our organization's data and systems from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of system administrators to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures
• Provide technical support and assistance to employees
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in IT

Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in system administration, network security, and technical support, as well as leadership and management experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware components
• Experience with server hardware equipment replacement/upgrades and ITIL - ticketing using Remedy and ServiceNow
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, prepare concise written reports, and direct and organize work activities
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze and evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
