GoldenWolf is looking for a dedicated Workflow Control & Project Administration Support Specialist to enhance the operations of the DHA FE Project Delivery Branch (PDB). The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing the administrative aspects of PDB's SharePoint platform as per DHA directives, in addition to facilitating meetings, generating reports, and assisting with various government deliverables. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing Training and Education initiatives within DHA.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and evaluate intricate information, delivering comprehensive written reports.
- Supervise administrative protocols and workflows for the Planning, Design, and Construction Branch.
- Serve as an administrative point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute specialized office support functions that necessitate an understanding of departmental procedures.
- Collaborate with management to enhance administrative processes and resolve issues.
- Administer the SharePoint site as required.
- Aggregate Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).
- Provide fundamental SharePoint assistance when necessary.
- Handle various forms and reports, including Travel Request Forms (TRFs), Trip Reports, Expense Reports, and others.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including necessary training and access arrangements.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Familiarity with DHA finance program management and budgeting practices.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
