Network Operations Lead

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Planning and Design: Develop and implement network plans and designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Network Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Network Security: Ensure the security of the network by implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT staff, business leaders, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in network operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead or senior engineer role.
  • Certifications: CCNP/CCDP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge of network protocols, risk management, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with network deployments for large enterprises and datacenter environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5, or equivalent technologies.
