Position Overview

The ideal candidate must be fully trained, oriented, and capable of executing all responsibilities associated with this role.

Responsibilities include performing various tasks within the Laundry, Patient Transport, and Environmental Services as assigned or required.

Consistent adherence to performance and quality standards is essential.

This role does not involve any supervisory or budgetary responsibilities.

Participation in training sessions and proper maintenance of all equipment is required.

Attendance at all scheduled training sessions, whether annual, monthly, weekly, or as needed, is mandatory.

Compliance with all hospital and departmental policies is expected at all times.

Tasks must be performed to the designated standards consistently.

The individual should demonstrate a willingness to engage in routine, repetitive tasks continuously, accept guidance from multiple supervisors, and maintain focus despite frequent interruptions.

It is crucial to perform tasks with consideration for patients, staff, and visitors in the surrounding area.

Physical requirements are outlined in the ADA compliance reports.

Educational Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
