{"h1": "Medical Assistant Job Description", "p": "At National Spine & Pain Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

* Anticipate and support the needs of our Providers and patients by managing daily patient flow and acting as a liaison between them.
* Monitor clinical messages and effectively communicate information to our Providers and patients.
* Organize and prepare exam, procedure, and recovery rooms before and after each patient.
* Take and record patients' vitals, noting any changes or areas of concern.
* Complete documentation for patient charts by obtaining diagnostic studies, reviewing current medications, and recording Providers' orders and prescriptions.
* Provide patients with necessary discharge/follow-up instructions, educational brochures, and dietary requirements.

Requirements:

* High school degree or equivalent education and training.
* Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or a minimum of two years of clinical Medical Assistant experience, preferably in a specialty practice.
* CMA and/or RMA certifications are preferred.
* Knowledge of and experience with EMR and/or Electronic Practice Management systems and technologies.
