Job Description

Framingham Public Schools seeks a skilled and compassionate School Nurse Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to students, promoting health education, and collaborating with school staff to support student well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to students with medical needs, including administering medications and performing first aid as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized health plans for students with chronic health conditions.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to provide support for students with special needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all students.
Requirements
  • Valid Massachusetts LPN license required.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Experience in school nursing or pediatric healthcare preferred.
