Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices to efficiently manage inventory and orders.
  • Ensure products are correctly labeled and packed securely to prevent damage during transit, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Track and report inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of items to optimize inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily and weekly productivity goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Assist with unloading and receiving incoming shipments and replenishing stock as needed, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations a plus.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment, with basic computer skills or familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to lift and move items up to [50 lbs/weight requirement].
  • Capable of working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment, with effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to meet business demands.
