Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Clinical Operations. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for filling medication orders, monitoring patient therapy, and providing expert drug information. You will also supervise and direct support personnel, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare medications according to accepted standards of practice.
  • Actively participate in clinical activities, including patient and staff education, and documented interventions.
  • Effectively manage departmental resources and provide quality patient-specific drug information.
  • Establish measurable yearly goals and objectives, and participate in on-call shifts as needed.
Core Accountabilities
  • Independently deliver on objectives, understanding their impact on the results of own area/team and other related teams.
  • Utilize multiple sources of data to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Act as a go-to resource for colleagues with less experience, and lead small project teams.
Position Qualifications
  • Certifications: LIC-Pharmacist License - Tennessee
  • Work Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
