Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming products and materials
  • Store received items in designated locations
  • Accurately fulfill and pick customer orders
  • Prepare and stage orders for shipment
  • Effectively manage in-process orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate with the inventory team via email and collaboration tools

Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel and Microsoft 365
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail for maintaining order and inventory accuracy
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing systems
  • Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting
