They are in search of a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer who possesses experience in developing tests for .NET applications and a solid understanding of BDD and POM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and sustain automated testing scripts utilizing C#, SpecFlow, and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Implement and execute BDD scenarios using Gherkin syntax within SpecFlow.
  • Design and establish Page Object Models (POM) to enhance the scalability of the test automation framework.
  • Promote the adoption of TDD/BDD and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in automated testing with C#, SpecFlow, and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Over 5 years of comprehensive testing and test automation experience.
  • Strong grasp of BDD principles along with experience in crafting Gherkin scenarios.
  • Experience in implementing and managing the Page Object Model (POM) for test automation.

This is a full-time position with the client, necessitating three days per week in the office and an onsite interview process. Therefore, only candidates currently residing in the Greater Chicago area will be considered.
