Job Title: Community Manager/Property Manager

At Lifetime HOA Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Community Manager/Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Homeowner's Associations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our communities run efficiently and effectively, while providing exceptional service to our homeowners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Association, ensuring compliance with management agreements and policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Association's Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure accurate management summaries are submitted to the Board of Directors.
  • Provide recommendations to the Board of Directors and Committees regarding major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.
  • Monitor delinquency rates and collections process for account portfolio.
  • Attend Board Meetings and community events as needed.
  • Prepare Board Packages according to established time frames.
  • Ensure the Board of Directors is aware of legal actions involving the Association.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable process.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in developer-focused property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of property management experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
