Production Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Production Operator to join our team in a full-time relief position. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of line duties within our plant environment, including processing, machine operation, and break relief operator jobs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of line duties: Operate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor maintenance repairs to ensure efficient production and quality control.
- Review process data and equipment performance: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, optimize production, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Assist with training efforts: Provide guidance and support to new team members in functional areas as needed.
- Review charts, screens, and quality check sheets: Monitor and report on quality, throughput, and production metrics to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Engage in problem-solving: Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production, safety, quality, and yield-related issues.
- Ensure operational efficiencies: Position work, set up jobs, and adjust equipment to optimize production and manufacturing processes.
- Perform quality monitoring: Inspect products, identify issues, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Report food safety and quality issues: Immediately notify management of any food safety or quality concerns.
- Maintain safe working conditions: Ensure a safe working environment for employees and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety.
- Follow GMP and regulatory requirements: Adhere to all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
