Work Schedule: Full-time, Night Shift from 7pm to 7am Patient Population: Intensive Care Unit Responsibilities: The Critical Care Nurse is accountable for delivering coordinated nursing care for patients within the ICU and overseeing daily clinical operations. Key Contributions: · Exhibits strong assessment skills to guarantee high-quality patient care.· Conducts and records thorough initial assessments in accordance with unit standards.· Develops a comprehensive care plan for patients from admission through discharge.· Implements nursing actions effectively to ensure proficient care delivery.· Evaluates the nursing care plan to confirm safe and competent care is provided. Qualifications Required:
Essential Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program with at least an Associate of Science degree.
- Active RN license in Florida or a multi-state license is mandatory.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Prior ICU experience is essential.
