About the Multidisciplinary Collaborative Surgical Practitioner Role
This position offers the unique opportunity to work as part of a busy multidisciplinary collaborative surgical practice. As a Multidisciplinary Collaborative Surgical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing direct care and clinically managing patients in the Department of Ophthalmology.
About the Team
You will have the opportunity to work alongside the Department of Ophthalmology as well as collaborate with other specialists to provide comprehensive evidence-based care. This position prefers applicants who have the desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- For NPs: Master's degree in nursing with a concentration in a pediatric or family nurse practitioner program
- For PAs: Graduate of a nationally accredited physician assistant program
- Active, unencumbered registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure in the State of Washington
- Current national certification as a pediatric or family nurse practitioner
- Active, unencumbered physician assistant licensure in the State of Washington
- Initial certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $131,821 - $193,872 per year. We offer a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
