Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians and vendors to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Track and schedule work orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues via phone, email, and text.
  • Assist with property turnovers and showings, ensuring properties are ready for new tenants.
  • Train maintenance staff on property management software and other relevant systems.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or construction.
  • Technical proficiency in property management software, such as AppFolio and/or Property Meld.
  • General knowledge of maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and maintenance technicians.
  • Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Experience in managing work orders from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping software, such as TSheets or KPA.
