Crystal Academy is a family-run day treatment center and school for children and adolescents with Autism and other neurological conditions. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team as an Autism Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist.

About the Role
  • This part-time/full-time position offers 30-40 hours of work per week, from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 2 to 18 years old. Our staff will provide hands-on/in-house training, and a Bachelor's degree is highly recommended.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
