Job Overview
Crystal Academy is a family-run day treatment center and school for children and adolescents with Autism and other neurological conditions. We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Therapist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced RBT to work with children on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 2 to 18 years old. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students and be part of a passionate and dedicated group of professionals.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our students to implement science-based intervention plans, providing behavior support and promoting positive learning outcomes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each student receives a holistic approach to their education and well-being.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a valid RBT Certificate from the BACB and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Psychology or Education). A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices is essential. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
