About the Role:

  • Assist patients with admission and ongoing care, ensuring their needs are met and documented accurately
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other team members to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
  • Participate in monthly educational sessions and preceptorship training to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to evidence-based practice projects to drive quality improvement and innovation

About You:

  • A graduate nurse or registered nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • No prior experience required; we'll provide the tools and resources for success
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 1 year of employment
