We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with a talented group of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
