We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Milwaukee Tool. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead moderate to high complexity projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, quality, product management, operations, and supply chain.
- Drive design of projects to meet market-driven design guides and fulfill cost, timing, reliability, and high-volume manufacturing requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement risk reduction plans.
- Analyze, evaluate, and select from design execution alternatives to best meet specification objectives.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically several times a year.
- Highly developed mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of CAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
