  • Payer healthcare claim data experience, eligibility data, and healthcare industry knowledge
  • Systems methodology experience
  • Use of different approaches for working with multiple large data sets (e.g. Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Lakes, etc.)
  • Experience with source code management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related degree required
  • 5+ years of programming experience
  • Software architecture and design experience
  • Experience and proficiency with several technologies to include C#, ASP.NET, MVC, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL and/or other relational databases
  • Exposure to managed services hosted on cloud platforms Azure and AWS
  • Exposure to reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft Reporting Services, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong coding standards using best practices
  • Extensive history starting projects from scratch
