As part of our innovative healthcare approach, Advanced Practitioners will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care to patients, ensuring a collaborative environment with attending physicians.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will provide essential healthcare services under the guidance of the supervising physician. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conducting routine health assessments for both new and established patients.
- Coordinating patient care and offering family support in collaboration with relevant health agencies.
- Educating patients on wellness practices and preventive measures to manage current health issues.
- Delivering high-quality healthcare grounded in best practices and evidence-based medicine.
- Developing and implementing tailored patient management and treatment strategies based on individual assessments.
- Facilitating effective communication and coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- Participating in the education of multidisciplinary students and residents, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Engaging in performance improvement initiatives focused on clinical outcomes, customer service, operational efficiency, and safety.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit for extended periods, stand for long durations, and walk throughout the day. Frequent lifting and carrying of light objects, with occasional heavier items. Must possess the ability to perceive various sensory stimuli and communicate effectively.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or a Medical Physician Assistant with a valid license to practice in the relevant state. Physician Assistants should hold current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
EXPERIENCE:
Preferred candidates will have one to two years of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
