Position: Shift Manager
Role Summary:
As a Shift Manager, you will guide our team in delivering exceptional service while ensuring operational efficiency. Your leadership will foster a culture that embodies the values of Chick-fil-A, focusing on team development and daily operational success. Starting Wage: $16 Per Hour.

- Conduct daily evaluations of food quality and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of all operational tools and equipment.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and document any infractions appropriately.
- Commit to regular opening or closing shifts as required.
