Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Memorial Hermann Health System, where we prioritize exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Job Overview:

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop personalized plans of care.
  • Implement evidence-based physical therapy treatment programs and provide advanced treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in departmental planning, education, and research initiatives to advance the field of physical therapy.
  • Develop and present educational programs and in-services to colleagues and the community.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based Physical Therapy program.
  • Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current Certification in Basic Life Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Schedule:

This position requires a Saturday and Sunday schedule with 10-hour days.
