Junior Achievement of the Michigan Edge is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to oversee the implementation and evaluation of the Personal Finance initiative.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of educational principles, curriculum delivery, and classroom dynamics to effectively prepare volunteers to deliver financial literacy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the JAME personal finance program in Jackson County high schools, ensuring schedules, resources, and materials are well managed.
- Recruit, train, and support JAME personal finance volunteers, helping them understand program objectives and providing guidance on program delivery.
- Coordinate the assessment and evaluation of the personal finance program outcomes, gathering feedback from volunteers and teachers and providing input for program delivery improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of personal finance program activities, including volunteer hours, student participation, and program outcomes.
- Build relationships with teachers, school administrators, and local community partners to promote the personal finance programs and expand reach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of two years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with volunteers, teachers, students, and community partners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage personal finance program logistics, resources, and schedules.
