EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors to work from their own home or office, servicing onsite survey/inspection assignments in the Bronx, NY area and other locations within approximately 10 miles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports to insurance industry clients.
  • Manage assignments, successfully secure customer appointments, and complete work assignments on time.
  • Evaluate businesses to identify hazards and improve safety, mitigating risk for insurance company clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
  • Commitment to meeting client quality and timeliness standards.
  • Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assignments.
