Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $102,400 - $184,800, inclusive of target incentives, with a base pay range of $61,440 - $110,880. This competitive compensation package reflects the company's commitment to rewarding talented individuals who drive success.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing accounts and identifying new sales prospects, with key responsibilities including:
- Generating leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Analyzing customer needs and applying solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 4-7 years outside sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking
