We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team at Bernstein Polsky, P.A. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve our goals.

Job Summary

The Case Manager will be responsible for assisting our attorneys in the preparation and presentation of cases, as well as providing support in the investigation and resolution of claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and presentation of cases, including research, document review, and evidence organization
  • Investigate and resolve claims, including gathering information, interviewing witnesses, and negotiating settlements
  • Provide support in the management of case files, including data entry, document scanning, and filing
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases
  • Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys and management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as personal injury, civil law, or litigation support
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly desirable, but not required
