Job SummaryWe are seeking enthusiastic individuals to be part of our dedicated team in San Antonio, TX. As a Customer Service Facility Attendant, you will start as an Entry-level "SpinXpress Laundry Nerd" and have the opportunity to advance to roles like Spin Ambassador and SpinXpert, with competitive compensation packages.
Responsibilities- Create a Fun and Welcoming Job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility
- Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry
- Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an Excellent Customer Service Experience
- Greet, Help, Thank our customers
- Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions along with any customer issues
- Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise
- Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers
- Follow our company policies and procedures
- Comply with our uniform dress code
- Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety
- Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities

- Part-time Position with the flexibility to work as many shifts as you want
- Compensated Training: Start at $8/hour as an Entry-level Laundry Nerd. After training, earn $10 - $12/hour + Commission, Bonuses & Benefits
