  • **Customer Service**: Foster a loyal customer base by utilizing effective communication and innovation to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • **Performance Management**: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.

**Requirements**
