Glass and Glazing Estimator Position for Renowned Facade Organization

Our client, a leading facade organization with a distinguished track record of success, seeks an experienced Glass and Glazing Estimator. If you possess strong estimating skills, particularly in glass and glazing or facade estimating, we are interested in discussing this opportunity with you. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in storefront, window wall, curtainwall, sunshades/screens, ACM panel systems, structural glass walls, and skylight projects.
Salary and Benefits

About the Role
This position involves handling project management from contract acquisition through close-out, including RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documents. A strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and all schedules is required to understand architectural intent. Utilizing project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating software is also essential.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with at least 0-5+ years of project management experience, preferably with unitized curtainwall experience. Key qualifications include:
- Able to work independently with confidence and make critical decisions.
- Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
- Ability to finalize projects under budget, manage accrued material, equipment, and labor costs.
- Demonstrated growth potential, including location plans.
Certifications and Industry Standards
