Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule and manage customer estimates to ensure timely and efficient service
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
- Manage customer and technician schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
- Renew and manage maintenance agreements to ensure customer loyalty
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
- Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
- 3-5 years of HVAC or Plumbing call center or customer support experience
- Experience with MS Office products preferred
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.00-$28.00/hour
