Job Title: SIC Electrical Foreman

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Orangeburg, SC. As an Electrical Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading a team of electrical technicians and ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned electrical technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
3. Interpret electrical specifications, blueprints, and job orders to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects.
4. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with government regulations, customer requirements, and EMCOR's safety program.
5. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge of equipment capacities and assigned personnel.
6. Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of jobs.
7. Attend project planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
8. Analyze and resolve work problems, maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
9. Inspect the quality of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
10. Perform frequent safety inspections of work areas, equipment, tools, and employees to ensure compliance with EMCOR's safety program.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to complete all safety and general job training as required by EMCOR.
• Observance of EMCOR and customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.

Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:

• Ability to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops, and other elevated positions, as well as confined spaces.
• Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position.
• Ability to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend consistently, work in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and in awkward body positions.
