Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team for a project in Orangeburg, SC. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for planning and executing electrical installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and local electrical codes.

1. Plan new or modified installations to effectively and efficiently construct or repair wiring, fixture, or equipment consistent with specifications and local electrical codes.
2. Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
3. Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
4. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
5. Establish and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel.
6. Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job.
7. Attend project planning / scheduling meetings.
8. Analyze and resolves work problems.
9. Maintain time records.
10. Inspect quality of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
11. Rate information using personal judgment or standards that can be measured or checked.
12. Detect, recognize and respond to dangerous conditions or situations.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman who is proficient in both written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as experience in supervising and coordinating electrical installations.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. The candidate must be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops, and other elevated positions, as well as confined spaces.
