About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Scientist to join our Content Demand Modeling team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing Netflix's content understanding, production, and promotion workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy robust, scalable ML systems that drive business decisions and improve content quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project roadmaps, ensure alignment of goals, and drive strong execution.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of model development, including data gathering, training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
  • Work closely with partners across the business to drive business outcomes and improve content quality.
About You
  • Strong foundation in machine learning or data science, with practical experience in supervised and/or unsupervised machine learning methods.
  • Passion for problem-solving and creative thinking, with a strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues.
