Medical Laboratory Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee and manage laboratory day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee and manage laboratory day-to-day operations
* Oversee 7 direct reports
* Manage employee schedules and timesheet approval
* Interact and coordinate with customers directly and other management personnel
* Equipment oversight and validation
**Requirements:**
* 5 years of laboratory experience, including cell biology/cellular therapy experience
* 3 years of leadership experience, including working with management on business-level decisions
* Bachelor's or Master's in Science preferred
* MT, MLS, CLS certification preferred
