Job Title: Color Print Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled Color Print Production Operator to join our team at ARC Document Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality prints and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Estimate time and media requirements, communicating effectively with the production manager and clients to meet their needs.
  • Process and modify client files as needed to meet print specifications, utilizing expertise in design and file/print editing software.
  • Collaborate with the production team to suggest media, substrate, bindery, and finishing options to enhance print quality and efficiency.
  • Operate and maintain printers, scanners, bindery, and finishing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage inventory of media, substrate, ink, toner, bindery, and finishing supplies, maintaining accurate records and ordering as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks on printed and finished materials, adhering to our high-quality standards.
  • Package completed projects for delivery, shipping, or will-call, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient work area, promoting productivity and teamwork.
  • Assist in other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones and responding to messages as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates of Arts Degree in Graphic/Production Design or 2+ years' equivalent experience in color reprographics using design and file/print editing software
