Job SummaryTitan Placement Group is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and/or family therapy.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in New Hampshire.
- Experience providing mental health services to diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary range: Up to $70,000.
